I recently contacted Shane from Total Plumbing for a job, and I can't recommend him highly enough! Shane came out to replace my old solar hot water service with a new one, and the entire experience was seamless. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving everything neat and tidy. He even took away the large solar hot water tank. I am extremely happy with the new system, and it’s already making a noticeable difference. If you're looking for top-notch plumbing services, Shane is your guy! Today Total Plumbing has attended my home for the third time in 3 years. This company is always punctual, highly professional and the work undertaken each time has been of an excellent standard. I have also found the charges for this work reasonable and fair, in each instance. I have found that Shane listens carefully to what the issues are and provides sound advice. I had a persistent blockage in both toilets, so I called Shane and Joel. They responded promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Shane’s communication was clear regarding the quote, appointment and the plumbing issue. They cleared the debris and blockage in just 30 minutes. Thank you, Shane and Joel. Excellent Work and Amazing Customer Service - A huge thank you to Shane and his team. We had a problem with blocked drains. I called Shane and he was at my house within a couple of hours. He was able to clear the blockage straight away. His underground camera showed the blockage was due to tree roots in the pipes. After giving me a very reasonably priced quote he returned and repaired and relined my pipes so it would not be an issue in the future. I found Shane and his team to be very professional, trustworthy, efficient, punctual and friendly. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing and Hot Water Systems to anyone. Thanks Shane, you’re the best!!!

I had my 13 year old solar/hot water on demand service replaced in no time at all with a new hot water on demand gas heater service. The old hot water system was installed when the home was built new. The technician worked at lightening speed without missing a beat to achieve the end result. The service was professional, courteous and on time. The change over was done as a matter of preventative maintenance as the old water heater was close to failing. Preventative maintenance was the key to saving myself the additional cost of an emergency replacement and being able to schedule the Total Plumbing at the earliest possible date. I called on a Monday morning at 7:30 am and had a new hot water service by Thursday tea time. The cost of the repair was fairly priced and most important, the technician is a third generation of a family business that has been doing plumbing for the last 100 years. I would put my trust in an experienced plumber like Total Plumbing rather than some hack wanna-be who has been watching how to do on Youtube. Every plumbing job will have slight variations and the difference between a good job and a great job is in the potential problem analysis. I clearly saw this with the Total Plumbing technician. So if you want a great job done for a hot water service, I recommend Total Plumbing Solutions.

Cannot recommend Total Plumbing highly enough. I had a pipe burst on Grand Final day (Public holiday) and Shane answered his phone straight away and had his boys at my house within the hour. The total plumbing team are reliable, professional and extremely good at what they do. I have used multiple different plumbing businesses before but nothing compares to these guys!
